Introduction
ﻣﻘﺪﻣﺔ
ﻓﻲ رﺗﺎل، ﻧﺆﻣﻦ أن أﻋﻈﻢ اﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎر ﻧﻘﻮم ﺑﻪ ﻫﻮ اﻻرﺗﻘﺎء ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺪن اﻟﺘﻲ ﻧﻌﻴﺶ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ، ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل ﺗﺤﺴﻴﻦ ﺟﻮدة اﻟﺤﻴﺎة. وﻧﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ذﻟﻚ ﻋﺒﺮ ﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﻣﺸﺎرﻳﻊ وﻣﺠﺘﻤﻌﺎت ﻣﺘﻤﻴﺰة، ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻌﺎون ﻣﻊ ﺷﺮﻛﺎء اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﻴﺠﻴﻴﻦ ﻳﺪﻋﻤﻮن ﻫﺬا اﻟﺘﻮﺟﻪ وﻳﻌﺰّزوﻧﻪ. اﻟﻴﻮم، ﻧﻔﺨﺮ ﺑﻤﺴﻴﺮة إﻧﺠﺎزاﺗﻨﺎ ﻣﻨﺬ ﻋﺎم واﻟﺘﻲ رﺳّﺨﺖ ﻣﻌﺎﻳﻴﺮ ﺟﺪﻳﺪة ﻓﻲ 2012 ﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ اﻟﻤﺪن ﻓﻲ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ أﻧﺤﺎء اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ. وﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل رؤى ﻃﻤﻮﺣﺔ وﻋﺰﻳﻤﺔ راﺳﺨﺔ، ﻧﻮاﺻﻞ اﻟﺘﺰاﻣﻨﺎ ﺑﺮﻓﻊ ﻣﻌﺎﻳﻴﺮ اﻟﺘﺼﻤﻴﻢ اﻟﻌﻤﺮاﻧﻲ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺴﻌﻮدﻳﺔ إﻟﻰ أﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻮﻳﺎت.
