In late 2016, the Royal Decree No. 7262 dated 08/02/1437 H established NHC National Housing Company to act as the in- vestment arm for the ministries of municipal and rural affairs and housing in the residential and commercial real estate sec- tors. To become the national leader in the housing sector and the real estate supply system, which includes both public and private sectors, by creating strategic partnerships with them. م 2016 الشركة الوطنية لإلسكان في أواخر عام NHC تأسست هـ لتكون الذراع 1437/2/8 بتاريخ 7262 بموجب المرسوم الملكي رقم االستثماري لمبادرات وبرامج وزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية واإلسكان في القطاع العقاري السكني والتجاري. لتصبح الشركة المُمكن الوطني لقطاع اإلسكان ومنظومة العرض العقاري ويشمل القطاعين العام والخاص وذلك بتطوير شراكات استراتيجية معهم. كما تحرص الشركة عىل تقديم مشاريع نوعية عبر مجتمعات عمرانية بتصاميم عصرية وحلول سكنية متنوعة وبأسعار مناسبة تواكب تطلعات جيل المستقبل وتحقق جودة الحياة، وذلك بالشراكة مع المطورين العقاريين من ذوي الخبرة والكفاءة.
